The Hirer app is a product used by contractors to manage and approve timesheets for individuals working on site. It was essential the product accommodated the needs of both contractors and workers to get the most out of the service.
The project involved researching competitors and conducting user interviews to gather insight into challenges users currently face with their current solution. Using Dovetail we were able to correlate these interviews and determine patterns which we would accommodate into the product.
We created wireframes to determine the key flows and establish the success of these paths by running some preliminary tests. The most important and valuable step came in the form of hi-fildelity prototype, we utilised in-person interviews and virtual tests using Maze.co to get a wider reach of users.
