Datel wanted to combine their heritage of over 40 years with the modern stance of the business's current position which kept them as a leading Sage partner. The brand, website strategy and design elevated the way Datel communicated with their main audience whilst improving the sales experience for prospecting leads from website demo through to sales conversations.
Illustrations were introduced to make the audience feel considered as they tactfully highlight persona challenges and help users align with the brand and website.
As Datel is a partner of Sage a key part of the brand exercise was to highlight "Why Datel" what benefits are on offer compared to going direct. To ensure the personality supported the benefits Photography was used to bring the friendly faces of Datel to the foreground and making the business feel more approachable.
To ensure each page performed effectively extensive wireframes were created to either further the lead generation pathway or to build brand awareness for the "Why Datel" piece. We made considerations to ensure the next step was always within reach for users.
